How does it work?

Alive Moto prides itself on offering made-to-measure orders at low prices. In the case of a made-to-measure order, it is very important that you check your measurements really carefully and follow our recommendations and step by step help with measurement. The right of withdrawal and exchange do not apply to made-to-measure orders. In case of incorrectly Swen products, the dimensions you specified are checked with dimensions of the product. Note that the factory adds 3-10 CM to the dimensions depending on the location in order for the mobility of the product to be optimal. After receiving your order, your size will be checked, Please note that this product’s price applies to body size up to 3XL. For longer body sizes, an additional cost of 10 to 15 Euro/leather per exceeded size will be added. The additional cost will be calculated by a Alive Moto agent after receiving your body measurements. The delivery time is between 15 – 30 working days for depending on seasonal   load. Custom made solutions cannot be ordered as cash on delivery.

How does it work with made-to-measure orders?

We at Alive Moto are the first to offer an online solution for metric input. We want to make it easier and safer for the customer. Shortly after your order is received, you will receive an email with a link to a form with which you fill in your measurements. Follow the instruction provided in the form.

After receiving your order, your sizes will be checked. Note that the price applies to body size up to 3XL.
